What could it be........? ?

i found a round cut of boneless dark red meat from the butchers vaced packed in my freezer, I KNOW its not beef, or any usual meat, i know it could be venison, kangaroo or even ostrich, or any other unusual meat you can think of. any guesses what it could be? i KNOW its not beef or lamb or something.
